Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship outside the United States.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2 to 15 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the destination and on the carrier.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more.

The minimum order amount is $100.00 (products only, before shipping).

When a shipping fee applies, it is calculated from the destination state and is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Salon and distributor accounts may have different minimum order and shipping conditions, which are shown in the cart and at checkout.

Local pickup

You can also choose local pickup at checkout, at no shipping cost, at 10 Howe St, Framingham, MA 01702.

Shipping address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible, before the order ships.
