The Toning Fluid is a professional leave-in toner that tames the hair, protects it from blow-dryer heat and neutralizes orange tones in blonde, bleached and gray hair. How to use
Spray onto the lengths and ends of damp hair after the Blond Radiant conditioner or mask. Leave on, then remove the product completely before drying. Professional use: do not use on the same day as bleaching, so the hair does not absorb excess pigment. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes; if it occurs, rinse with plenty of water. Always follow the directions on the label.
